Admission to the Genomics Student Lab will be based on the students'' background and motivation, but also the availability of positions related to the students'' expertise.

For entrance to the lab, we will conduct a formal application procedure, much like you would encounter looking for a "real job". This is not only to select suitable students for running the lab, but also to provide the applicants with the important experience and feedback of such an application procedure.

Interested students should send a full curriculum vitae including a list of study results, as well as an (informal) letter of motivation to genomicsstudentlab-fnwi at uva.nl. Based on this information candidates will be invited for an interview. The final decision on admission will be based on all interactions with, and information from, the student.
